WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.
Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.
Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DEADBEAT FARMS CLOTHING?
For best results, please read the following instructions on how to properly wash your Deadbeat Farms clothing.
- Flip shirt inside out
- Wash on cold in a gentle cycle.
- Hang dry
We are not responsible for any products that are ruined via the washing and drying process.

WHEN WILL MY STICKER CLUB PACK BE DELIVERED?
All Sticker Club packs are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, about 7 business days after the last day of the month, however you are billed the month prior to your pack being shipped.
Example: If you signed up anytime in January your first pack will ship in February, about 7 business days after January 31st. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off at USPS.

Canada – 5 to 12 business days
EU/UK – 1 1/2 to 3 weeks
AUS/NZ – 2 to 3 1/2 weeks
All other – 2 to 4 weeks

WHERE IS MY RAFFLE TICKET?
Instead of putting a raffle ticket in every pack, we put a special ticket (our version of a golden ticket) in 3 deliveries for each month. If you find the shiny gold ticket in your pack, you've won this month's VIP prize!
WHERE IS MY 20% OFF SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT?
Your 20% subscriber coupon code is included in the shipment notification each month. This is not an automatic discount, so make sure you apply the coupon code at checkout to take advantage of this perk! The code changes monthly and is only good until the next month’s pack ships!
For example, the code sent out in the April shipment notification can be used until the May packs ship. If you’ve lost your shipment notification email or don’t remember your coupon code, you can reach out to us at info@deadbeatfarms.com and we’ll get those details over to you.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE SUBSCRIPTION?
This depends on what your end goal is! If you’d like to buy multiple subscriptions for multiple people, then follow the steps below:
- Put one subscription in your cart with no other items
- Go through the check out process. Ensure you put your name + email on the order & the recipient’s name and address for the shipping address.
- Submit your order and do it all again!
- Repeat as necessary for the other people you are purchasing for :)
If you would like to purchase multiple subscriptions for yourself, then you can add whatever subscriptions you’d like to your cart and go through checkout!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each month you will receive a brand new never-before-seen premium graphic t-shirt for just $15, a 40% savings off our regular price of $25. Sign up by the last day of any month and your first t-shirt will ship by week of the 7th of the following month.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN MY LIFE AWAY?
Not at all! You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our team at info@deadbeatfarms.com.
We also offer the ability to skip a month rather than cancel your membership. If a little space is all you need, this flexible option is a perfect choice! It's not goodbye, it's see you later.
Steps to skip a month:
- Log into your Account

- Click on "Delivery Schedule"
- Select "Skip" for the next month
Note: If you need to make changes to your account, please make the change at least 2 days prior to the 1st of the month.
WHEN DOES MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?
All shirts in our T-Shirt Club are preorders. T-Shirt Club subscriptions are typically shipped via USPS, within 14 days after the last day of the month - For example, if you signed up anytime in March, your subscription should ship by April 14th. (This is just an estimate and there may be slight delays due to garment shortages and COVID.) You’ll receive a shipping notice with tracking info to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off at USPS.
CAN I PURCHASE A PAST MONTH'S DESIGN?
No, sorry... The t-shirts from our T-Shirt Club are all limited edition designs and are only available through our monthly subscription! And once they're gone, they're gone for good!
WHAT FABRIC DO YOU USE FOR YOUR T-SHIRT CLUB SHIRTS?
We use a premium poly-cotton blend that gives you the best of both worlds: a buttery soft blank that is breathable, doesn't shrink, and lasts longer than 100% cotton tees.
WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CARD FOR T-SHIRT CLUB?
We bill on the day that you sign up each month, if the payment fails don’t worry – we will automatically retry (this may affect your delivery date).
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN T-SHIRT CLUB DESIGN?
We prefer to surprise you with a one-of-a-kind, on-brand, design curated by our talented team of designers and merchandisers.
HOW DO YOUR T-SHIRT FIT?
Our t-shirts are fitted, yet cut in a way that is flattering on all body types. Slightly tapered with a standard length, the ultra-soft fabric highlights your good while concealing your not-so-good. 98% of our customer reviews recommend you order your normal t-shirt size. We stick by that recommendation!
CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Absolutely! We think our monthly subscription is the perfect gift that keeps on giving! If you would like to sign-up for multiple subscriptions please just make sure to add your desired number of T-Shirt Club subscriptions to your cart before you checkout! You will be able to manage ALL of your orders within the same dashboard for your account.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR T-SHIRT CLUB?
We require an active credit card in order to process your monthly subscription. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time, we do not accept gift cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Paypal.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR T-SHIRT CLUB?
We offer discounted flat-rate shipping at just $4.99 to anywhere within the US.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We require an active credit card in order to process your monthly subscription. We encourage you to use your gift card on other items in our store. We have lots of awesome stuff to choose from - promise!
WHY IS MY PROMO CODE NOT WORKING ON MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIRT?
Because our subscription program is offered at such a deep discount, we are unable to accept most promo codes. If you received a promo code through our email sign up, abandoned cart, welcome email, SMS, etc. you will not be able to use it on our subscription program. Don't let that stop you from shopping through the rest of our site! It would be a shame to see that code go to waste.
